This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service for Pinnacle AdForge. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination. Pinnacle MAV Media LLC("we") may update this AUP periodically.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
- Upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually exploitative, or extremist content;
- Harm or exploit minors in any way;
- Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service except through documented APIs and within rate limits we authorize;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or security;
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam without lawful consent and compliant opt-out mechanisms;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the origin of communications;
- Use the Service to build or train a competing generalized product using our proprietary interfaces or data;
- Circumvent billing, quotas, credit limits, or technical restrictions;
- Use stolen payment methods or engage in fraudulent transactions.
2. AI and automation abuse
You may not use AI Features to:
- Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate consumers without required disclosures;
- Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or training data through prompt injection or similar;
- Overload or abuse inference infrastructure beyond fair use or plan limits;
- Produce deepfakes or impersonations where prohibited by law or without clear consent and labeling;
- Automate harassment, spam, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

3. Advertising and platform compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with advertising laws and policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms when using outputs in paid media. The Service does not waive your obligations as an advertiser or agency.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We may use automated and manual means to detect abuse. We may remove content, suspend Organizations or Users, cooperate with law enforcement, and preserve records as required by law. We are not obligated to pre-screen Customer Content.
