Last updated: April 15, 2026
Pinnacle MAV Media LLC ("we," "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of Pinnacle AdForge(the "Service") to do the same. This policy describes how copyright owners may submit notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and how we may respond.
1. Designated agent
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated agent at the address below. Email is preferred for fastest handling.
Designated copyright agent — Pinnacle MAV Media LLC

2. Takedown notice requirements
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, provide a written notice that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, organization/workspace identifier if applicable, and description);
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Counter-notification
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe the removal was erroneous or that you have the right to post the material, you may send a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore material in accordance with the DMCA unless the copyright owner files a court action.
4. Repeat infringer policy
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Consult an attorney if you are unsure whether material infringes your rights.
6. Non-U.S. claims
This process is tailored to U.S. DMCA practice. If you are outside the United States, you may still contact us with detailed information; we will address valid IP complaints consistent with applicable law.
